Please perform a Complete System Reset
Communications issue may involve a locked Ethernet switch in the display or the head stand. To unlock an Ethernet
switch, perform a complete system restart using the steps below.

Indicates a stuck switch on the Injector Head or the Display.
Recommended Steps
1.Clean all switches on head with warm water.
2.Check for stuck rubber cover.
3.Exercise all switches by pressing 3-4 times
4.Look for rubber cover stuck underneath metal on Display
If those steps are not solving the issue. please chat with the Bayer representative in order to organize an intervention on site
This is a Flex Ring Issue
Flex Rings are initially Oval shaped. Over time, they round out with syringe insertion and removal
This may help reseat the Flex Ring Sensor
¼ inch down inside syringe interface opening
